Our story
We know what keeps clients up at night — so we built around it.
Building work comes with familiar worries: budgets that creep, programmes that slip, trades who don't turn up. Planex was set up to take those worries away.
We use good materials, skilled people and a written programme, and we keep you informed at every stage. Every quote is itemised, so there are no hidden costs. With architecture, design and engineering in-house, the people who plan your home are the people who build it — and our work is backed by guarantees.
“Quality at a fair price. Over the years we've learned to take everything unnecessary out of a quote — without leaving out anything the client actually needs.”Dmitriy Melnikov — founder & CEO

How we work
Our values
01
A price that holds
Every item is priced after a full survey, with contingency built into the contract. Your price stays the same unless you change the scope — and any change is agreed in writing before work begins.
02
A programme we keep
Each project runs to a written programme with clear milestones. What we commit to, we deliver — through to the final detail and the last snag.
03
Direct, not delegated
You work with the Planex team responsible for your home, not a chain of intermediaries. Decisions are quick, answers are clear and nothing gets lost between parties.
04
Designed before it is built
Our designers resolve layouts, lighting, joinery and finishes in drawings and 3D first — so the build is precise and you know exactly what you will receive.
Reviews
What clients say
“We couldn't be happier with the work carried out by our renovators from Planex. They did a superb job refurbishing nearly every room in our home, and the standard of work throughout has been exceptional. We gave them a very extensive list of jobs, and they worked through every single item without anything being forgotten or overlooked. The quality of the finished work is genuinely top class.”
“We have been working with this construction company for over 10 years, and we can confidently give them our highest recommendation. After more than 10 years, there has not been a single bubble, peeling wallpaper, or defect in the finishes. Dmitriy is always quick to respond, communication is outstanding, and his level of professionalism is exceptional.”
“The quality is excellent and it completely changed the feel of the space — my clients constantly comment on how aesthetic and calming the clinic looks now. The job was done quickly, smoothly, and with great attention to detail. I'm very particular when it comes to aesthetics, and honestly, I couldn't find any faults.”
“This was a full renovation of our house, so we expected it to be stressful — but it actually went much smoother than we imagined. The team handled everything step by step and kept communication clear. The quality of the finish is very good and the house feels completely refreshed.”
“The quality of work is excellent and there were no hidden costs within the quote, which was very reasonable. All the team were polite and professional, did an excellent job of masking our possessions whilst they worked, and cleaned up once the job was done.”
“I’ve been using [Dmitriy] for over 10 years, and the work he did on my house is still in excellent condition. The quality of his workmanship is outstanding, and everything has lasted really well. Reliable, professional and always does a great job.”
“Four other companies never even turned up to quote. I made one phone call to Planex, a guy came quickly to size up the job, and the work was done in two days. Punctual, polite, friendly and professional — I highly recommend them!”
“Planex Ltd made a manshed / office outer building for me. A very efficient, organised company who finished on time at a competitive rate. Excellent work ethics.”
“They were very helpful and even helped out with other work we needed done, as well as doing a great job installing the flooring. I will definitely be using them again!”
